in categoriile: Physics,Personalia,Materials science,Science and religion,Technology One of the Dead Sea Scrolls was created in the area in which it was found. That is the conclusion following a recent research made by experts from Italy’s National Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN). The result was announced by Professor Giuseppe Pappalardo at the 12th International Conference on Particle Induced X-Ray Emission and its Analytical Applications (PIXE) in Surrey, UK. This finding was made possible by the combined use of a new system of analysis patented by the INFN National Laboratories of the South, and a particle accelerator located at the same facility.
