Green Week Conference 2010: Biodiversity - our lifeline

Green Week is the largest annual conference on European environment policy. In 2010, biodiversity is in the spotlight. There are scheduled more than 30 sessions that will address the state of biodiversity and nature in Europe and the world, the benefits they bring, present-day pressures on them, and also possible solutions to the current rates of loss.

Over 3800 participants from EU institutions, business and industry, non-governmental organisations, public authorities, the scientific community and academia are expected to take part at the conference.
